Not Yet Done Crew

It’s remarkable what people can build from 50 to 90+ with another 20–40 years of insight, pattern recognition, and clear priorities in front of them. Not Yet Done Crew is for people who feel that energy and intend to use it.

You’ve built careers, companies, teams, and families. You understand work, technology, and how organizations actually change. You’re ready to put that experience to work on meaningful projects with others who are wired the same way.

Not Yet Done Crew is a collaborative space for seasoned professionals who want to do real work together. We gather inside the LivableWageJobs.org ecosystem, which provides shared infrastructure, tools, and support, while this crew pursues its own portfolio of projects. From that foundation, we take on focused work for communities, small businesses, and nonprofits. Some projects align directly with livable‑wage priorities; others are new products and initiatives we design and deliver for hire.

Examples of what we might take on together include:

  • Shaping and refining tools and playbooks so they work in real‑world settings.
  • Co‑designing and developing solutions across multiple use cases, drawing on the crew’s range of domains and experiences.
  • Advising and running hands‑on tests with small employers or nonprofits that are adopting new technology to address social, community, and business challenges.
  • Designing and piloting new services, products, or programs.
  • Creating new products and project teams that organizations can engage on a paid basis, leveraging the crew’s combined experience in work and technology.

Our way of working reflects where we are in life:

  • Clear scopes and short cycles that move ideas into first versions and then into refinements.
  • Flexible involvement so you can go deep on one project or join well‑defined sprints when your schedule allows.
  • Documenting what we did, what we learned, and how others can build on it, allowing our experience to compound.

This crew is for people who feel that familiar pull: one more thing to build, one more set of problems to tackle, one more chapter that matters. We assume you bring maturity, perspective, and a preference for a low‑drama, high‑trust way of working. We keep things straightforward, make room for experimentation, and respect your time and energy. If you’re 50+ (or close in spirit), understand work and technology from the inside, and know you’re not yet done, this is your place. Build with peers who are just as future‑focused as you are, on new products and projects that clients can hire this crew to create.
